Orders that are shipped are only eligible for return if they are received by LaRue Chic Boutique within 14 days of the original ship date with Return form included. (Returns forms are located on the back of invoice or available for download at Due to extremely fast moving pace of our inventory we have a very strict return policy in place. Please understand we are unable to bend the rules for anyone, as that would be unfair to other LaRue shoppers. All discounted and/or sale items (31% or more), jewelry, hats, swimwear, scarves, gloves, belts, custom items, or gift certificates are all sales final and cannot be returned or ex-changed. All merchandise must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, smoke-free, pet hair-free condition with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without any damage to the box. If returned items have been tried on and they have make-up and/or deodorant on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer. If item was received as a gift, then you must be able to supply purchaser name and/or order number to process your exchange or return for store credit.

If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not have the ability to do holds for exchange merchandise due to the increase in orders. We recommend just placing the new order for any items you want and sending us back your return to be processed for either a refund or online credit.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
